Mohammed Usman
Mohammed Usman is a hardened operative of the al-Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS), originally from Sambhal, India. After being declared an absconder by a Delhi court in 2016, he was traced to a jail in Lahore, Pakistan, eight years later, following a routine inquiry regarding Indian origin inmates. Usman was implicated in a terror module that aimed to establish a base in India, leading to his fugitive status after the module's bust in 2015.
