Qayyum has taken great pride in nurturing and training these birds, which have also participated in several competitions. Recently, he faced a heartbreaking situation when 400 of his prized pigeons, valued at around Rs 10 lakh, were stolen from his terrace, prompting an investigation by local authorities.
