Mojadigo

Mojadigo, a pastor, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for rape after being convicted by the Mochudi Magistrate’s Court. The case stemmed from an incident in 2023, where he sexually assaulted a complainant he had met through Facebook. During the trial, prosecutors successfully demonstrated his guilt, and despite having no legal representation, Mojadigo requested that his sentence be backdated to account for the time he had already spent in custody.
