Mokhtar Lakhal

Mokhtar Lakhal is a military officer who currently serves as the commander of the 51st Mobile Infantry Battalion in Mauritania. He recently hosted President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani during a visit to his battalion, which is part of the country’s fifth military region.
