Momodou Singhateh

Momodou Singhateh is the General Manager of the Gambia Tourism and Hospitality Institute (GTHI) and a key figure in promoting tourism and hospitality education in The Gambia. He recently made headlines for his role in the organization of the West African Food Festival (WAFFEST) 2026, which aims to celebrate West African cuisine and culture while attracting international attention to The Gambia as a culinary and tourism destination.
