Monday Ndubuisi

Monday Ndubuisi is a 43-year-old Nigerian who arrived in Germany in 2015. After a lengthy six-year wait for his asylum application to be processed, he focused on integrating into German society by attending language courses and completing an internship. In 2018, he secured a permanent job at the Freisinger Hof in Munich. Despite receiving a rejection for his asylum application in 2021, Ndubuisi followed the advice of his integration counselor and pursued vocational training in hospitality to remain in Germany. He is now employed as a gastronomy specialist and expresses a deep appreciation for life in Munich.
