Monica Tate

Monica Tate is a dedicated marathon runner from Auckland, New Zealand, who began her marathon journey at the age of 35. Now at 76, she is on track to complete her 200th marathon by the end of the year, demonstrating her commitment to staying active in her later years. She believes that staying active is key to good health and has been an inspiration to many, including her sister Charlotte, who has completed over 300 marathons.
