Montgomery Miller is the Senior Manager for Strategic Coordination at the Water and Sewerage Corporation (WSC) in the Bahamas. He is currently in the news for leading the initiative to transition the corporation's billing system from quarterly to monthly cycles, starting in the second quarter of 2025.
