Morgan Niccolo Quero Gaime is the Minister of Education in Peru, who recently came under scrutiny for his controversial remarks regarding the deaths during protests against the government of Dina Boluarte. Following his statements, which many perceived as inciting discrimination against the victims, the Fiscalía de la Nación filed a constitutional complaint against him for alleged crimes against humanity.
