Morihisa Aoki

Morihisa Aoki was the Japanese ambassador to Peru during the 1996 hostage crisis that culminated in the Operation Chavín de Huántar, where he was taken hostage along with 72 others by the terrorist group Movimiento Revolucionario Túpac Amaru (MRTA).
