Moses Masiga

Moses Masiga is the chancellor of Northwestern Christian University, which has come under fire for allegedly issuing unaccredited degrees. He was recently arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) during a graduation ceremony where numerous counterfeit certificates were being distributed.
