Mosuru Issa, a 28-year-old resident of Agege, Lagos State, was arrested by the Ogun State Police for being a suspected vehicle theft kingpin. He was apprehended during a stop-and-search operation on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, where police recovered a stolen Toyota Camry that had been reported missing just days prior.
