Moumouni Guindo

Moumouni Guindo is the president of the Office central de lutte contre l’enrichissement illicite in Mali. He recently led a delegation to Gabon to explore best practices in transparency and governance, as Mali seeks to reform its legal framework in the fight against corruption and illicit enrichment.
