Mounir
Mounir is the co-owner of The Local Cafe in Napier, originally from Morocco. She has played a pivotal role in establishing the cafe's menu, where scones, particularly cheese scones, have become the best-selling item. Inspired by the community's love for scones, she and her husband decided to host a best scone competition, aiming to promote local talent and create a fun, annual event.
