Mourad Rafia, known as 'Khachba', is one of the leading figures in a drug trafficking operation specializing in the importation of large quantities of hashish from South America and Spain to Italy. He was recently implicated in a major police operation that led to his arrest along with several accomplices, including two police officers. Rafia's organization was notorious for its sophisticated methods of communication and distribution, and it reportedly managed the trafficking of over 1.4 tons of narcotics.
