Moussa S. Batraki

Moussa S. Batraki is the current Secretary General of the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), having been elected in February 2023. He is tasked with leading the organization as it marks its 50th anniversary and addresses the challenges of financing and cooperation among its diverse member states.
