Mpho Phalatse

Mpho Phalatse is a South African politician who previously served as the Mayor of Johannesburg. She is a member of the Democratic Alliance (DA) and has been vocal in her support for the party's governance policies, arguing that the DA provides better services to black South Africans compared to the African National Congress (ANC). Recently, she backed DA federal chair Helen Zille's claims that black communities receive better opportunities and services under DA administrations.
