Mr Khosla

Mr. Khosla was an Indian engineer who initially led the Indian negotiating team during the discussions that led to the Indus Waters Treaty. His early involvement was critical in shaping India's strategy regarding water distribution from the Indus River system, and he played a pivotal role in the negotiations before being succeeded by N.D. Gulhati.
