Mr Regan

Mr Regan is a construction magnate and the founder of the New York building firm JT Magen, who was involved in a legal dispute over the Barne Estate after making a competing offer of €22.5 million, which the estate's owners considered after allegedly backing out of an agreement with billionaire businessman John Magnier.
