Ms Shih

Ms Shih is a resident of Guangfu Township in Taiwan who tragically lost her 87-year-old mother in the devastating floods caused by Super Typhoon Ragasa. In the aftermath of the disaster, she has expressed deep sorrow and is seeking assistance from the government and police to recover her mother's body, which was found covered in debris inside their home.
