Muath al-Kasabeh

Muath al-Kasabeh was a Jordanian pilot who became infamous after being captured by ISIS during the Syrian Civil War in 2014. He was brutally murdered by the terrorist group, becoming a symbol of their atrocities as footage of his execution, where he was burned alive in a cage, was widely disseminated. His death drew international condemnation and highlighted the brutal tactics employed by ISIS during the conflict.
