Muhamed Ali Ahmed Al-Hadad was the Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army who tragically died in a plane crash shortly after taking off from Ankara, Turkey, en route to Tripoli. His aircraft lost contact with air traffic control soon after takeoff, prompting a search operation that ultimately led to the recovery of the wreckage in a rural area south of Ankara.
