Muhammad Issam Hassan al-Habil was a key commander in Hamas, known for his involvement in the brutal murder of Israeli Corporal Noa Marciano while she was held captive. He was recently eliminated by the Israel Defense Forces in an airstrike following a violation of a ceasefire agreement.
