Muhwezi Kainerugaba is a prominent Ugandan military officer, currently serving as the Commander of the Land Forces of the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF). He is known for his involvement in various military operations and has been a key figure in Uganda's military strategy, especially in relation to regional security issues in East Africa. Kainerugaba is also the son of Yoweri Museveni, the President of Uganda, which has positioned him at the nexus of military and political power in the country.
