Muktarr Darboe

Muktarr Darboe is the Deputy Permanent Secretary – Technical at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science, and Technology (MoHERST) in The Gambia. He recently highlighted the significance of public-private partnerships in advancing national development through higher education and research, reaffirming the establishment of the Tripartite Funds to enhance access to tertiary education and support institutional financing.
