Mushi Widmaier

Mushi Widmaier is a Haitian musician and one of the founding members of the influential musical group Zèklè, established in 1982. Alongside his brother Joël, Mushi played a pivotal role in creating a unique sound that blends various musical traditions, particularly within the context of Haitian compas music. Zèklè is recognized for its contribution to the evolution of Haitian music, reflecting the syncretic influences that emerged in the late 1970s.
