Mutuma Ruteere

Mutuma Ruteere is the CEO of the National Crime Research Centre (NCRC) in Kenya, where he is instrumental in leading initiatives to enhance crime research and data-driven strategies to combat sophisticated criminal activities, including drug trafficking. His leadership has been pivotal in the development of the NCRC's 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, which aims to strengthen the relationship between policy and research, improve crime data management, and enhance collaboration among security agencies.
