Muxtor To'lbayev is the head of Munoy Green LLC, based in the Navoiy region of Uzbekistan, where he has been involved in the development of a service station project that includes the construction of fuel and gas dispensaries. Recently, he reported that all necessary documentation for the project has been prepared, but additional permissions from the energy system are required before construction can begin.
