N.X., a 23-year-old woman from Uzbekistan, was recently sentenced to 10 days in administrative detention for insulting the residents of Tashkent through multiple videos posted on her Instagram account. During her court appearance, she acknowledged her actions, which occurred after a taxi driver asked her about her origins, and claimed that her outburst was exacerbated by health issues that had led her to receive anesthesia multiple times. Despite her initial defiance in court, she later expressed remorse for her behavior and requested leniency from the judge.
