Naama Gorodisher

Naama Gorodisher is a 41-year-old Israeli humanitarian leader and the Deputy Director of Programs at IsraAID, an organization that provides assistance to communities affected by natural disasters and conflicts. She is also a fellow in the leadership program named after Idan and Batia Ofer at Harvard University. As she prepares to move to Jordan with her family due to her partner's UN assignment, Naama plans to enhance her Arabic skills and leverage her Harvard connections for regional humanitarian collaborations. With over 14 years of experience at IsraAID, Naama has led emergency responses globally and is committed to building resilience in communities, emphasizing the importance of human connection beyond political divides.
