Nabor Álvarez

Nabor Álvarez is the General Coordinator of the Municipality of Chone, Ecuador, overseeing flood prevention works in the region that was severely impacted by flooding last year. He has been instrumental in the cleanup and desilting projects of local rivers to enhance drainage capacity and mitigate future flood risks.
