Nadesha Simmonds Small

Nadesha Simmonds Small is a poultry farmer from Jamaica who faced significant challenges due to Hurricane Melissa, which devastated her farm and resulted in the loss of hundreds of broiler chickens. With her family's livelihood dependent on poultry farming, she voiced concerns about the impending shortage of chicken meat and eggs for the Christmas season. Despite the difficulties, she welcomed the support from Agriculture Minister Floyd Green to help her rebuild her farm.
