Nadia Kondrusevich
Nadia Kondrusevich is a Belarusian publisher and advocate for children's literature, who founded the children's book publishing house 'Koska' in Belarus in 2018. Following the political unrest and government crackdowns after the 2020 presidential elections, her works were confiscated and her offices closed, prompting her to continue her mission from Poland in 2022. She has recently gained international recognition for her courage and commitment to free expression, receiving the IPA Prix Voltaire 2025 award, which highlights the importance of publishing and translating children's literature in challenging circumstances.
