Nadina

Nadina is a vendor at the bus station in Pyriatyn, Ukraine, where she has worked for nine years selling traditional pastries known as 'belyashi.' Originally from Chișinău, she learned the craft of making these popular snacks from her mother. Despite the challenges of her job, including the strong smell of frying oil, she expresses a deep affection for her work and the local culture, often encouraging friends to visit her at the bus station for authentic belyashi.
