Nadun Chinthaka Vikramaratne, also known as Harak Kata, is an alleged organized crime leader in Sri Lanka, currently incarcerated on charges related to serious criminal activities. Recently, he has been in the news for allegedly orchestrating a plot to murder a family of eight at a hotel in the Waligama area, which has raised significant concerns regarding organized crime and violence in the region.
