Nalo

Nalo is the protagonist of Fulgencio Argüelles' novel, who represents the journey from youth to adulthood in the context of early 20th-century Spain. In 1927, he begins working as a gardener at the Belgian engineers' palace in the Asturias region, where he experiences his first romantic encounters and witnesses significant social changes during the transition from dictatorship to the Second Republic.
