Nambi Narayanan
Nambi Narayanan is a prominent Indian aerospace engineer and former scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). He played a key role in the development of the cryogenic engine technology for India's space missions. Narayanan gained international recognition for his contributions to the Indian space program, particularly for his work on the Mars Orbiter Mission. His career, however, was marred by a false espionage case in the late 1990s, which severely impacted his life and work. After being exonerated, he has become an advocate for scientific progress and has been honored with numerous awards for his contributions to space science, including the Padma Bhushan. Recently, he praised the successful launch of the BlueBird Block-2 mission, calling the LVM3 rocket a 'game changer' for ISRO's commercial capabilities.
