Namir El-Akabi

Namir El-Akabi is an Iraqi businessman based in the British Virgin Islands, known for his lucrative contracts with Western governments following the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He has recently been mentioned in relation to Terry Ball’s snail farming operations, as the landlord of a property involved in Ball's controversial tax avoidance strategies.
