Nancy Rojas Castillo

Nancy Rojas Castillo is the executive director of the Consejo de Seguridad Vial (Cosevi) in Costa Rica, responsible for overseeing traffic safety initiatives. Recently, she was in the news for presenting a request to authorize the purchase of new educational materials on road safety despite the organization having thousands of such materials already stored and deteriorating outside a storage facility.
