Nankissoon Boodram

Nankissoon Boodram, also known as Dole Chadee, was a notorious Trinidadian drug lord and convicted murderer. His former estate, the Piparo Empowerment Centre, is being considered by the Trinidadian government as a facility to house deportees who may not have family support upon their return.
