Naomi Lubrich

Naomi Lubrich is the director of the Jewish Museum of Switzerland, a position she has held since 2015. Born in Toronto in 1976, she has a background in art history and has previously worked at the Jewish Museum in Berlin and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Under her leadership, the museum focuses on fostering dialogue with Christian and Muslim visitors while addressing the history and culture of Swiss Jewry. As the museum prepares for its reopening in Basel, Lubrich emphasizes the importance of tackling contemporary issues such as antisemitism and promoting understanding among diverse communities.
