Natalia Arroyo is a Spanish football manager and former player, currently the head coach of Aston Villa Women. A former youth player at FC Barcelona, Arroyo transitioned to coaching after an injury forced her retirement at the age of 22. She previously led Real Sociedad to a runner-up finish in Spain and is known for her tactical acumen and emphasis on possession-based play. Recently, she celebrated her first victory in charge of Villa, guiding the team to a 3-2 win over Brighton in the Women’s FA Cup.
