Natalia Hernández De León

Natalia Hernández De León is a talented Panamanian flag football player who has made significant strides in her athletic career, transitioning from a background in ballet, soccer, and gymnastics to become a passionate flag football player. After discovering the sport upon returning to Panama from Italy, she joined the youth team at Colegio Brader and later became part of the Honey Badgers club, where her coach Dennis Allen played a crucial role in her development. Despite facing a serious knee injury that sidelined her for a year, Natalia persevered and earned a full sports scholarship to William Woods University in the United States. Her dedication and hard work have led her to be recognized as one of the top players in her division, and she is now preparing to compete at the Division I level. Natalia's journey exemplifies resilience and serves as an inspiration for aspiring athletes in Panama.
