Natalia Sudlenkova
Natalia Sudlenkova is a former Belarusian journalist who sought asylum in the Czech Republic in 1999 due to political persecution related to her opposition to the Belarusian government. She served as the editor-in-chief of 'Prague Telegraph,' a Russian-language weekly published in Prague, and has previously worked with Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Sudlenkova has been accused by Czech authorities of being a key operative for Russian military intelligence (GRU), allegedly engaging in activities that posed a security threat to the Czech Republic. In December 2023, she was added to the Czech national sanctions list, which prohibits her from entering the country and conducting financial transactions within it.
