Natalio is a passionate bird watcher with a lifelong fascination for avian creatures, having started observing them at a young age. Despite his deep interest, he refrains from naming the birds he encounters, choosing instead to appreciate their existence and behavior. His life takes a turn when he embarks on a journey to Southeast Asia, driven by a curiosity sparked by literature, particularly a story by Somerset Maugham. In Laos, he experiences a surreal encounter with still, seemingly timeless birds that provoke introspection about nature and existence.
