Natán de Leo

Natán de Leo is a 35-year-old Argentine who has been living in Tel Aviv, Israel, since 2016. He gained attention in 2023 when a photo of him in a Gimnasia y Esgrima de La Plata jersey, armed and ready to fight alongside the Israeli army, went viral following the Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023. A passionate supporter of Israel, he enlisted in the military, viewing it as his second home. Professionally, Natán works as a production assistant in the film industry and recently collaborated with Israeli director Avi Nesher to recreate a music festival that was tragically linked to the Hamas attacks. During an escalating conflict with Iran, Natán remained vigilant and prepared for military action, demonstrating his deep commitment to the safety of Israel while reflecting on the rising antisemitism he observes from Argentina.
