Natarsha Ganley is a pioneering rugby referee from Whangārei, New Zealand, who began her officiating career at the age of 16 at Kamo High School. Over the past 14 years, she has made significant strides in her profession, becoming one of the most accomplished female referees in New Zealand, with only three others having officiated as many first-class games.
