Natasha Akpoti-Udaughan

Natasha Akpoti-Udaughan is a Nigerian politician and member of the Senate representing Kogi Central. She has been a vocal advocate for women's rights and has often challenged the political status quo in Nigeria. Recently, she gained attention due to her suspension from the Senate for six months following a confrontation with Senate leadership, during which she accused the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, of political victimization and alleged sexual advances. In response to her suspension, Akpoti-Udaughan has called for drug tests for lawmakers to ensure the integrity of the legislative process.
