Nathan Betz

Nathan Betz is the FireSmart co-ordinator for the North Okanagan in British Columbia, actively involved in wildfire risk reduction and community education initiatives. He has expressed concern over the recent funding shortfall for wildfire prevention programs, which has led to the cancellation of critical projects aimed at mitigating fire hazards in local communities.
