Nathan Ellwood

Nathan Ellwood is a director at Southern Pavement Services, also known as Twin City, and was involved in discussions regarding illicit payments to former Transport for NSW manager Ibrahim Helmy. His role in the company led to his participation in a scheme where inflated invoices were used to facilitate kickbacks to Helmy, further entangling the company in the ongoing ICAC investigation into corruption within Transport for NSW.
